BABY HOME DAYCARE & PRESCHOOL

Young children, as we now know, are building neural connections for learning even before birth. The role of positive relationships and interactions in the first five years of life cannot be overemphasized as essential for the healthy development and academic success of children.
Additionally, children benefit significantly from a smaller group setting than from a larger preschool program, as we provide numerous opportunities for one-on-one teaching, allowing us to meet the diverse needs of each student.
We work hard to stay up-to-date with the more recent teaching methods. We have incorporated as part of our innovative School Readiness bilingual curriculum, STEAMin3, developed by researchers at the University of Virginia, and together with our 24 years of experience teaching young children, we have seen the outstanding results of our School Readiness Program.
In our preschool and Prekindergarten curriculum, children think big, solve problems, learn to read, work in mathematics, develop early writing skills, science, and explore their world. This sets them up for success in kindergarten and beyond, as they are prepared to excel in anything they want to do.
The Hallmarks of our School Readiness Program are: a focus on the child, a Comprehensive Approach, Family Connection, and embracing every learner, thereby enhancing the potential of every student.
School Readiness
WHY SCHOOL READINESS MATTERS
FOCUS ON FIVE AREAS OF DEVELOPMENT:
READING PROGRAM
The first five years of a child’s life are incredibly important for the developing brain. Many critical language, social/emotional, and early cognition skills are formed during these early years, and they lay the foundation for future success. Numerous studies show that children who enter school ready, with key early academic and social-emotional skills, are well poised to succeed in school and beyond.

Cognitive Development (Science, Social Sciences: People, Community and Culture, Mathematics and Fine Arts)
Language proficiency is a key predictor of school success. Children's exposed to rich language environment in the early years acquire a significantly large vocabulary, strong knowledge of the world and structures that articulate ideas, and better capacity to use language to interact with others. As they read, write and communicate with teachers and peers, children construct understanding and acquire knowledge related to various subjects. The depth of children's language and literacy skills are directly related to their early experiences with books, story-telling and conversation. Early exposure to literacy activities, is essential to young children's development of reading and communication skills.
MATHEMATICS
Early math skills( such as counting, spatial relationships, and patterns) serve as the stating point form more formal mathematical instruction in preschool and kindergarten. Because Mathematical skill build upon each other, children lacking basic skills will have difficulty with math in the first grade and beyond.
EARLY WRITING
Early writing skills provide foundational benefits for language, literacy, and cognition, fostering crucial fine motor skills, enhancing vocabulary and grammar, and promoting critical thinking and memory retention. Early writing experiences also boost children's creativity and self-expression, build connections between spoken and written language, and significantly improve academic outcomes. These skills are predictive of future reading ability and overall literacy, making early writing instruction vital for lifelong academic success.
FORMER STUDENTS
We are proud to share that our former students attend Advanced Academic Programs and Gifted Programs because of the academic results achieved after graduating from our School Readiness Program.
