INFANTS PROGRAM:

infant daycare

Our philosophy for babies of less than one year of age is: never allow babies cry. Babies have many needs: eating, sleeping, getting their diapers changed, etc. What is most important is care and love. They need our affection to know they are loved and welcome into this world. They cannot move, and so the only way they can learn about our world is through us: our body, our heartbeat, our smell, our skin, etc. We keep babies close to us as long as they need it, so they feel comfortable and loved.

In alignment with our program, we believe that reading aloud to children from infancy is the single most important activity for building the knowledge required for success in reading and at school.  When children are read to, they can increase their vocabulary and improve comprehension skills and success in beginning reading and future school years.

The benefits of reading to the children are endless...

TODDLERS AND PRESCHOOL PROGRAM:

math and science

Children learn by playing and by doing. For this reason, they need many opportunities to explore and grow. The learning activities we provide to the children allow self-esteem and enthusiasm for learning. Teachers will facilitate and encourage learning through a combination of play and guidance. Children learn best when they are having fun in a natural state of exploration. Age-appropriate activities will be planned for each age group. Some of the activities we do include manipulating and shaping clay, finger painting, reading books, dancing, singing, imaginative role-play, planting, playing in a sandbox and in the water, and so much more.

Our Innovative PRESCHOOL PROGRAM also includes: - Bilingual School Readiness, Math, and Reading Program. Our students start to read around 3 years old. Our Pre-school program consists of a more detailed and structured program in which teachers outline the daily routine with scheduled activities to promote learning in every aspect. Children will be exposed to early science, math, reading, and social studies concepts through independent exploration, hands-on activities, and whole group lessons. Arts and crafts, music and dance, and many other techniques are incorporated into the routine to make learning fun. In the classroom, you will find more exposure to literacy and structured centers to help develop the learning environment. Our goal for this age group is simple: to promote and encourage learning.

MEALS AND NUTRITION PROGRAM:

Special Activities:

Children participate in numerous playtime activities, as well as Birthdays, Easter, Halloween, Summer Days, Mud Party, Kiss the Rain Day, and other holiday celebrations.

Each day, parents receive a complete daily report that includes activities, meals, nap time, and more, so that you are kept updated on how and what your child did that day.

For more than 24 years, our nutrition philosophy for the program has been, and remains, “nutrition is critical during the first 5 years, but especially during the first 12 months of life.” This has been confirmed by the latest studies and new government programs aimed at improving nutrition in daycares and schools across the country.

Our menu is prepared exclusively for our babies and children. Our baby food is made from fresh fruits and vegetables that are pureed. The menu for children older than one is based on Latin American recipes, and it exceeds the minimal USDA requirements. Our dishes are served warm. We do not use pre-cooked, frozen, or high-fat meals. We use QUINOA almost every day, a protein-rich whole grain that is gaining more and more importance in organic and healthy nutrition.

We also accommodate our menu based on the parent’s preferences and the individual child's needs.   Your child will not go hungry.

Our program provides a rich learning environment for children from the age of 6 weeks to the start of kindergarten. We believe that we can reach children in the early stages of life and provide them with a healthy and positive start to their future. We strive to provide children with a safe and inspiring school environment filled with rich academic materials and numerous opportunities.

Our children need our love, our kisses, our hugs, our encouragement, and our time... Don't let a single day go by without telling them how much you love them. This will give them self-assurance and confidence in themselves, and they will learn to love those around them.

Feel free to reach out to us with any questions or to schedule a visit. We are here to assist you at every step of your childcare journey.
